• Individuals with an annual income of £100,000 or more in the preceding financial year.
• Those holding net assets valued at £250,000 or more in the financial year immediately preceding. Exclusions apply, such as primary residence, insurance benefits, and specific pension-related withdrawals.

Self-Certified Sophisticated Investors

• Members of a business angels network for at least six months.
• Individuals who have made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the two years prior.
• Professionals with recent experience in the private equity sector, SME finance, or those who have been a director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1 million in the last two years.

Advised Investors

Those who have sought advice from a financial advisor, regarding their intended investment with Fibre Capital.

Investment Professionals

• Individuals who are authorised by a recognised financial regulator.
• Those engaged in controlled activities for business purposes.
• Government, local authority, or international organisation representatives.
• Directors, officers, or employees involved in controlled activities for their employer.

Institutional Investors

Legal entities with designated individuals managing investments, classified as qualified investors.
